Mr. Jean–Pierre Dalais, MBA
Jean–Pierre Dalais is the Chief Executive Officer of CIEL Capital. After graduating with an MBA from The International University of America and a period at Arthur Andersen in Mauritius and France, he joined the CIEL Group. He was initially closely involved with the industrial operation of the CIEL Group and played an active role in the development of the Group's operations both in Mauritius and internationally. Jean–Pierre Dalais was appointed CEO of CIEL Investment Limited in 2001 and is now also CEO of CIEL Capital.
Jean–Pierre Dalais is the Chief Executive Officer of CIEL Capital. Dr. Guy Adam, MD FRCS (Edin. & Lond.)
Dr. Guy Adam is a Fellow of the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain & Ireland and has been practicing as a General Surgeon in Mauritius since 1988. He has been closely associated with The Medical and Surgical Centre for most of his medical career in Mauritius. He is also a Medical Advisor to Swan Health Insurance, a Medical Officer to Medine Sugar Estate and a member of the Board of Directors of Rogers & Co Ltd since 1994.

He has been appointed Operations Executive of Swan Insurance since January 2005 and is presently responsible for the Short Term Operations of the Swan Group. His key areas of specialisation are insurance and reinsurance contract law, general insurance underwriting, insurance claims handling and management, general insurance training, arbitration law and rules and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Swan Insurance since January 2008.

Bruno Jullienne is the Chief Executive Officer of Noveprim Group Ltd. Holder of an MBA from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France (2004); he is also a Graduate in Science from the University of Mauritius (1997). He joined the CIEL Group for Noveprim Ltd in 2004 where he actively participated in the development of Noveprim Operations and Business Relations in Mauritius, Europe and North America. Prior to joining Noveprim, he worked 6 years as Agronomist in the sugar industry for the Union and the Savannah Sugar Estates.

Mr. Ashish Bhatia
Mr. Ashish Bhatia currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer with Fortis Healthcare India. He currently handles the overall operations of all hospital of Fortis in India and is an integral part of the senior management at Fortis. Having started his career with the Tea Gardens at Assam, Mr. Bhatia has over 28 years of varied experience and was working as Vice President - Marketing with Hero Motors prior to joining Fortis. Ashish Bhatia has been associated with Fortis Healthcare since its inception and has held many key positions within the group during the past ten years.

Prior to joining Fortis, she was Head of Endocrinology at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and Director Clinical Governance and Quality Management, Singapore Health Services (SingHealth). She studied Medicine at the National University of Singapore and subsequently trained in Endocrinology at the Singapore General Hospital and Cleveland Clinic, USA. At SingHealth and SGH she held leadership positions in the areas of Clinical Quality, Service Quality, Research and Enterprise Risk Management. She is a Past President of the Association of Women Doctors, Singapore and the ASEAN Federation of Endocrine Societies.
